Return of products at the charge of Aenaos S.A. can be carried out in all cases in which:
- the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered by item or quantity
- upon delivery, the item has a damaged package, completely or in most of it
- the item is found to be defective on delivery (dead on arrival).
In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product in the first place, or request its return within 7 days from the date of receipt and always after consultation with Aenaos S.A.
Products must be returned in the condition received by the customer. In the event that they are not returned, within the time agreed after the consultation with Aenaos SA, then the company is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Shipping Note - Invoice, Retail Receipt - Shipping Note, etc.) and its complete packaging . The product must not have been used or installed.
The return of the products at the charge of Aenaos A.E. will be carried out either with personnel and means of transport of Aenaos S.A. or through a shipping company. The return by transport is made at the customer's expense, which is refunded as soon as Aenaos receives the product, checks it and finds its defect. Refunds (for the product and transport) are made by deposit to a bank account indicated by the customer and within 10 days of receipt of the defective product. The whole process is carried out by Aenaos S.A.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the online store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without others to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
Products can be returned at a charge to the customer in cases where the customer, for any reason other than the above, has changed their mind and no longer wishes to purchase the product, as long as the withdrawal period mentioned below has not expired. The return of the products can be done either by the customer himself at the store, or by sending them, the customer bearing their shipping costs, after consultation with the staff of the Aenaos S.A. - In the case of cash payment as well as in the case that the card charge cannot be cancelled, the refund is made by depositing into the bank account of the customer who made the purchase.

The buyer is entitled to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) working days from the date of delivery and receipt of the sold products, returning the goods in their original condition, with all of their accessories, accompanying forms and packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the product has not been used or has been carried out/previously installed at the customer's place and if the buyer has paid any amount incurred by the company for sending the item to him and the cost of returning the item .
