Shipping Methods

Aenaos SA provides the following shipping methods:
1. Pickup from the store.
If you wish, it is possible to pick it up from the store of Aenaos SA. (Extension Makrygianni 25 - Stavroupoli - Thessaloniki) the next working day from the order. (Store opening hours are Monday-Friday 08:00 - 16:00, excluding public holidays.
The payment methods for collection from the store are:
a. Cash
b. By deposit to a bank account.
c. By credit/debit card
d. By Paypal
2.Shipping by courier.
For orders weighing up to 5 Kg and volume up to 40cm X 30cm X 20cm that you wish to receive immediately, it is possible to send them via ELTA courier.
Value orders that meet the weight and size restrictions are shipped throughout Greece, regardless of destination, at a cost of 6 euros.
Orders that do not meet the weight and size restrictions are shipped throughout Greece with a fee that is automatically calculated by the online store and displayed on the website during the phase of choosing the shipping method of your order.
In any case, the e-commerce application of the online store will calculate the weight of the products you ordered before the completion of the order and will inform you about the possibility of free shipping, or will calculate the cost of their transport depending on the method shipment you choose.
If you choose the courier as the shipping method, you can see the progress of your order at any time by entering the ELTA Courier voucher number that will be sent to you after completing the order in the special input box that you will find on all pages of the online store of Aenaos S.A.
Shipping times via courier are:
- Up to 24 hours for loading from a Thessaloniki store and shipping to the prefectures of Thessaloniki, Halkidiki, Kilkis, Serres, Drama, Kavala, Pella, Imathia, Kozani, Pieria, Larissa
- Up to 48 hours for shipping to any other land destination
In cases of extreme weather, strikes and force majeure, delivery times may be affected.

3. Shipping by transport company
Orders weighing more than 5kg or dimensions larger than 40cm X 30cm X 20cm are sent with a transport company.
Orders over 2,000 euros, regardless of type, are delivered free of charge:
- on pavements within the cities of Athens and Thessaloniki,
- at the nearest agency for the rest of the destinations.
In the rest of the regions and in cases where your order is less than €2,000, there is a shipping fee.
You can choose to send your goods through the transport companies we cooperate with, or with the transport company you indicate to us.
(If you want the shipping to be done with the transport company of your choice, then during your order, you should choose the pickup from the store as the shipping method.)
If you wish the delivery to be made with the transport companies we cooperate with, then during your order you should select "shipping to my place", so the system will automatically calculate the cost of transport.
The calculation of shipping costs on your order applies to:
-curbside delivery for the cities of Athens and Thessaloniki,
-receiving the goods from the headquarters of the cooperating agencies that serve our company, as well as for shipping to large cities and towns that are close to the respective agency for the rest of the destinations. If in this case you also wish to receive the goods at your place, you should contact the agency that serves you, to be informed about possible additional delivery costs.
Courier delivery times are 1-2 business days for overland destinations and 2-3 business days for island destinations as long as your order is placed by 1pm on the previous business day. In cases of extreme weather, strikes and force majeure, delivery times may be affected.
